If you've never used a travel agency before, the process can feel like a black box. You send some details, and then what? Here's how it goes on our side.
First, we read what you sent
The form asks for the basics: where you're flying from and to, your dates, how many travelers, and an airline if you have a favorite. Leave that on "Any airline" if you don't care, and we'll look at whatever makes sense for your route.
The notes box is optional, but it's the most useful part. Tell us if your dates can move by a day or two. Tell us if you'd happily fly out of a different airport. Those details often matter more than anything else on the form.
Then we check fares
We look at the fares we can find for your trip, nonstop and connecting where both exist. Fares change constantly, so what we find is a snapshot, not a promise. We'll say so plainly when we get back to you.
Then we get in touch
We use the phone number or email you gave us. We tell you what we found, including the total price with taxes and fees, and what each fare includes. If something looks cheap but comes with strict rules on bags or changes, we'll point that out rather than let you find out later.
Nothing is booked yet
This part matters. A fare-check request isn't a booking, and it isn't a price quote. You're asking us to look, nothing more. If you like one of the options, you tell us, we go through the details together, and only after you confirm do we book anything. If none of the options work for you, you can walk away.
How to get better results
Send the request a little earlier than you think you need to. Have each traveler's name ready exactly as it appears on their ID (there's more on why in this post about names). And if you'd rather talk it through, just call. That's what the phone number is for.
