Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use travelsonair.com or ask TravelonAir to check fares or book travel for you. By using the website or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Who we are

TravelonAir is an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Delta Air Lines or any other airline. Airline names and logos belong to their owners.

3. Our services

We help you check fares, book flights, and handle changes to bookings made through us. A fare-check request sent through this website is a request for information. It is not a booking, it is not a price quote, and it does not create a contract between you and us. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you.

4. Fares, prices and availability

Airfares and seats change often and are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and the ticket is issued. We will tell you the total price, including taxes and fees, before you confirm. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will tell you before the ticket is issued, and you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel your request.

5. Booking and payment

You are responsible for giving us correct information: traveler names exactly as shown on the ID or passport used to travel, dates, airports and contact details. Please check every detail when we read it back to you. Errors can be costly to change. Payment is taken only after you confirm the booking, and we will tell you the accepted payment methods when you book.

6. Changes and cancellations

Change, cancellation and refund rules are set by the airline and the fare you buy. Some fares are non-refundable. Airlines may charge fees for changes or cancellations. If we charge a service fee for helping with a change or cancellation, we will tell you the amount before you confirm. Rules such as a free cancellation window depend on the airline and on how the ticket was booked, so please ask us before you book.

7. Travel documents and requirements

You are responsible for having valid ID, passports, visas and any other documents required for your trip, and for following the entry, health and security rules of the places you travel to and through. An airline may refuse to carry you if your documents are not in order. Please check current requirements with the airline and the relevant government sources, such as TSA.gov for US domestic flights.

8. Airline schedule changes, delays and cancellations

Airlines control their schedules, aircraft and operations. They may change, delay or cancel flights. Your rights in those cases come from the airline’s contract of carriage and applicable law. We are not responsible for the airline’s actions, but we will try to help you understand your options.

9. Other websites

Our pages may link to airline and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Using this website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not send false or spam requests, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send harmful code. We may block access if the site is misused.

11. Our content

The text, design and other content on this website belong to TravelonAir or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy or republish our content without permission.

12. No guarantees about the website

The information on this website is general information, provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete, current or error-free.

13. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, TravelonAir is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by airlines, other suppliers, or events outside our control such as weather, strikes or government action. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any booking is limited to the fees you paid to us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your information.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where TravelonAir’s business is based, except that your local consumer protection laws still apply where they give you rights that cannot be waived.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is the current one. If you have already booked, the terms in place when you booked continue to apply to that booking.
